How I started to feel great!

I always did my best to be on top of my nutrition. Despite doing my best, I constantly found myself to be sleepy after meals. I felt like I always needed more food and I would literally get hungry an hour after eating. I knew I needed to change when I started to fall asleep in class as a student. I didn’t want to follow a meal plan or track macros anymore because it always caused anxiety. My older brother introduced me to the Feel Great System after having his own amazing results and I decided to give it a go! Now, I have never looked back as it completely changed my life.
